Today, I decided to make an exception on the topic of the blog. Instead of saving, today is the day to give. In the past week, the people of the Bahamas have suffered unrepairable damages due to a historic record-breaking hurricane named Dorian. They have lost mothers, fathers, sons, daughters, houses, cars, precious and priceless valuables. They are currently going through our worst nightmares. We do have a goal to reach financially, but in times like these, it is imperative that we give and help those in need.
Place yourself in their situation and imagine having lost everything and especially loved ones. You are in a dark place with little faith. You would want nothing more than a helping hand. Help to be that light at the end of the tunnel and give enough to put a smile on someone’s face. They need to know that someone is looking after them. Forget about nationalities, forget about cultural differences! We are all humans, we are all the same. Yet, everyone affected by the hurricane has been placed at an unfair disadvantage towards their pursuit of happiness. With the money donated, send letters of hope. Send something that shows to them that they are not alone.

This was a short, quick to the point post. It is a topic that has to be talked about and shared. Invest in people, not objects! Have a wonderful day. Prayers to the people of the Bahamas. Stay TENACIOUS!
