If you started the 2020 and don’t have a goal that you want to achieve for this year, I want to share with you some goals that you can achieve throughout the year.
Start an Emergency Fund
For some people this may not seem as a goal, because they already have one, yet for others there not sure what an emergency fund is. A common misconception is people believe that an emergency fund and a savings account is the same thing.
An emergency fund is a sum of money that you save up in case of an emergency. Normally this would be 3 months of spending, saved up. If you are starting to create one this may seem like a lot of money, so you may want to start with just one month and build your way up.
Learn a New Language
Having the capability to communicate with others is one of the marvels of the world. We take for granted the opportunities that we have, to learn new cultures and history of other countries and nations.
Learning a new language gives you the tools to experience this. This will not only give you the opportunity to expand your horizons, but can also give you and edge from other if you want to move up in the professional world.
Think about; How are you going to retire?
You may have 20 years or 40, it’s never too early to start preparing for retirement. Most people believe that you should start worrying about this topic at an older age, when in fact the younger you start the better of you’ll be.
Getting the right education, information and tools for your retirement journey is key for its success. The best way to eat an elephant is little by little. Just like your retirement can be a big goal, working on it little by little, can make the journey easier.
“Always remember to have that KING mentality!”
